Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zilbil account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
